*update for reply: how could I tell you I wasn't satisfied ? Would you have fixed it at no cost ? Or would that have been extra to do? They also charge for length and design, which was not always a thing in nails salons. Sometimes, with different nail salons, ut's refreshing to know all of that IS included (even if it is a rarity and hard to come by) I planned to go back & tip Rosa, but after the man was giving me such a hard time, going back and forth with me about a tip, it felt strange to go back. Also, tipping is OPTIONAL by the way but it felt like I was being forced to do so. Lastly, it was very awkward for me because I bought the wrong card to charge. Had the man let me explain, I wouldn't have to leave this review and I would have been able to leave a tip 🤷🏽♀️ I hope you guys see this. If I could go back in time and decide to go to a different nail salon, I ten billion percent would. It was such a bad experience, I wish I could get a refund. Please keep in mind that this was my FIRST time at this salon... I really wanted to like this place but after an exorbitant price and for the work to be subpar at best is upsetting. I will never ever go back here like ever again. Do with that information what you will. If you decide to go, Rosa was one of the best workers there though. She did my pedicure and was very polite and thorough unlike the guy that works there. The man was very rude and unprofessional. Feel free to go and formulate your own opinion or stay away like me. Horrendous. And also, I don't know why there was a lady standing over the man (basically the whole time) as he worked, that was pretty uncomfortable.
